Something brought you here—and that matters. Maybe it’s the way you’ve been feeling, the way you’ve been coping, or a pattern in your relationship that keeps repeating. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and move forward with more steadiness and confidence—whether you’re coming on your own or as a couple.

mY APPROACH  is relational, practical, and evidence-informed. We’ll get clear on what matters most, work with patterns as they show up in real time, and build tools you can use outside the session—so therapy leads to real change, not just insight.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Therapy doesn’t have to be a big leap—it can start with one steady step, and we’ll find a good place to begin.Therapy at mY PSYCHOLOGIST is designed to be more than a conversation. Alongside talking, we’ll pay attention to thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns—and we’ll also include somatic (body-awareness) work when helpful, because stress and emotion often show up in the body first.

Our work will have a clear direction, but it won’t be cookie-cutter. We’ll get clear on what matters most, make sense of the patterns that keep repeating, and build practical tools you can use day to day. From there, we’ll create new experiences in session—slowing moments down, practicing different responses, and building change that feels real (not just something you understand intellectually).

We’ll work with what’s happening in real time—noticing patterns, emotion, and body signals as they arise—and using those moments to practice something different. That is how new experiences become possible, and how lasting change begins to take hold.


The Power Of “WHY”  

Wondering why the “Y” is capitalized in 

mY PSYCHOLOGIST?


The capital "Y" is intentional. It’s a cue to get curious: Why now? Why does this keep showing up? Why does it matter to me? Sometimes the why is clear; other times it isn’t. Therapy is a place to explore what’s uncertain and turn it into clarity and direction.

At the same time, the “mY” is about you. Your experiences, your story, your pace. This is a space where the focus comes back to what matters most in your life—and where real, meaningful change can begin.


It’s about giving yourself permission to pause, to reflect, and to explore without pressure or judgment. To understand not just what’s happening, but why it matters to you.

Because when you begin to understand your patterns, your needs, and your experiences more clearly, you create the space to move forward in a way that feels more grounded, intentional, and truly your own.
